Capital One

The SCRA provides benefits to members of the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard, certain members of the National Guard, commissioned officers of the Public Health Service, and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration engaged in active duty service.

Capital One is committed to both the letter and spirit of the SCRA, including provision of benefits and protections above and beyond what is required under the SCRA in certain situations. Under Capital One’s SCRA Program, benefits for eligible loans and credit products may include:

A maximum interest rate of 4% on your loan or extension of credit during the period of SCRA enrollment for loans owned and serviced by Capital One (SCRA eligible loans owned by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or other private investors; or loans owned by Capital One but serviced by a third party, will receive a maximum interest rate of 6%)

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union

Emergency Loans will be available to current Grow Financial Credit Union members who have direct deposit already established. It will be a closed-end loan with a 7-month term, with 0% interest for the first 3 months and no payments required for the first 3 months. This loan will require the member to validate that they have been impacted by the shutdown, but will not require a credit check. The loan amount may be from $1,001.00 up to $5,000.00, but specific only to the amount of their regular net paycheck.
